Embodied Earth Medicine
Retreat

Embodied Earth Medicine

A transformative retreat where medicine, nature, and embodiment come together to support lasting change.

You’ve done the thinking. The therapy. The healing work. The self-awareness. And yet something inside you still longs to feel fully here. Fully connected. Fully alive. Fully yourself.

Maybe you’ve spent years trying to understand yourself through therapy, spirituality, personal growth, or self-reflection, but still feel disconnected from your body, your intuition, or your truth. Maybe you’re tired of overthinking your healing, carrying so much for others, or constantly trying to “figure yourself out” instead of fully living your life.

Beneath it all is a quieter longing:

To slow down.

To reconnect.

To remember.

To feel alive again.

This retreat is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It is an invitation to soften the noise, step out of performance and survival, and return to the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath it all. Through embodiment practices, intentional psilocybin experiences, nervous system support, nature connection, and honest community, this retreat creates space to move beyond intellectual healing and into something lived, grounded, and deeply felt. A space to stop intellectualizing… and begin living fully in your body.

What This Space Offers

Whose Land landscape and event photo Whose Land landscape and event photo Whose Land landscape and event photo The Embodied Earth Medicine Retreat is a grounded, nervous-system-centered experience designed to support deep reconnection to yourself through embodiment practices, intentional psilocybin experiences, nature immersion, reflection, relational healing, and community.

This is not a space focused on performance, productivity, or “fixing” yourself. It is a space to slow down. To soften protective patterns. To reconnect with your body, your truth, your intuition, and the natural world.

Together, we create an environment that feels safe enough to let go of roles, expectations, and survival strategies so something more honest and alive can emerge.

What We Will Explore

  • Nervous system regulation and embodied safety
  • Intentional psilocybin experiences and integration
  • Reconnecting to the body, intuition, and inner knowing
  • Patterns of overthinking, self-abandonment, overgiving, and performance
  • Emotional expression, honesty, and relational authenticity
  • Rest, pleasure, presence, and slowing down
  • Nature connection and remembering ourselves as part of the living world
  • Moving from intellectual understanding into lived embodiment
  • Creating a more grounded, self-trusting relationship with yourself

Who This Is For

This space is for the person who appears “fine” on the outside but internally feels exhausted from carrying so much.

The one who has done years of healing work, understands their patterns intellectually, and yet still feels disconnected from themselves in subtle but persistent ways.

It’s for those longing to:

  • Trust themselves more deeply
  • Feel grounded instead of overwhelmed
  • Stop performing healing and actually experience it
  • Step out of survival mode and into aliveness
  • Experience deeper connection, truth, rest, intimacy, and embodiment
  • Feel fully at home in themselves again

Owen Fitzpatrick

Owen is a life coach and artist based in West Seattle. He has been guiding psilocybin journeys for nearly a decade, and combines his extensive experience and deep personal connection to this medicine with a compassionate, grounded, and curious energy.

In his private practice, he works mostly with men who are navigating big life transitions - career changes, divorce, spiritual awakenings - and helps them stay connected to their hearts and bodies throughout the process. He also runs a local men’s group that meets regularly online and in-person.

In his free time, you might find him adventuring with his kids, immersed in nature, or blowing glass in his home studio, a creative practice that reflects the same mindfulness, presence, and transformation that informs his approach to healing work.
